Udeme obtained a bachelors degree in Industrial Design, specialising in Graphics and Illustration, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He graduated top of his class in 1981.

His working experience has taken him through Desmark Advertising, Insight Communications, and Complete Advertising Services (CASERS). Udeme worked at Insight for five years, rising to be Deputy Creative Director (Art) in 1988, and, in the process, demonstrated a flair for client service work. His outstanding performance led to his participation in an agency attachment course with German Saatchi and Saatchi affiliate – Scholz and Friends.

Udeme, who has over 24 years’ experience in marketing communications, is the Managing Director of SO&U.
